The beginning of this tree was in response to the events on 9-11. It's been growing since that time and has turned into a magnificent reminder of something we should never forget. The blown glass of the towers, flags, the statue of liberity are among my favorites. The flags that are flown all over the tree has so much meaning to us. It has always had the white lights except the red, white and blue stars that light up the tree. You will see many patriotic ornaments from Hallmark. Beading, ribbon and handmade items along with small flag. Then the beautiful tree topper and it was well worth the wait. Many ornaments from the USA White House from past years. There is just so much to look at. An election year favorite. The tree in it's beginnings in 2001 has been added. God Bless America!
